Copy the contents of your game.log file to pastebin.com and link it here. The log file is in /documents/. I would try removing the ETS2 documents folder (back it up somewhere if you got a profile you’re using) then reinstalling the game and verifying the game files on Steam.
Go to "C:\Users\your username\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2" and open "game.log.txt" (NOT game.crash.txt), then post it to pastebin.com (split if too big) then post the link to that page here. Simple Google search would have given you the answer.

What Happens is: When I click my Profile and select continue, it starts loading, then as soon as it finishes, the game crashes!
