On the other hand i read a lot of reviews about the rf 24-70 f2.8 that rate it as an ok lens, not super sharp, with a bit of distortion etc. and a bit pricey for what you get. I remember a couple of years ago the reviews for the canon EF 24-70 f2.8ii were excellent.
